NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL OF INDIA UNIVERSITIES, BANGALORE

The Bar Council of India Trust  took  initiative in the year 1987 to start the first National Law University at Bangalore under the name and style the National Law School of India University which is recognized as an institute of academic excellence all over the world. this institution inspired several State Governments to start similar  institutions. To name a few, NALSAR in Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal Institute of Juridical sciences Kolkata and the National Universities at Jodhpur and  Bhopal are the prominent ones.
